Full Job Description 

  • CoPack Solution in Sanford is hiring. 

  • $10 per hour starting pay. 

  • We make dry food products so this is a very dusty environment and hair nets must be worn. Masks also must be worn due to COVID. Bring a mask to the interview. 

Job Information: 

  • This is a 5 day a week job that involves repetitive work. 

  • Must be able to read, write & speak English for safety reasons 

  • Reliability to be at work on time is essential. 

  • Opportunities for advancement are available. 

  • Must follow “good manufacturing practices” 

  • The ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently is mandatory. 

  • Ability to stand from 8-12 hours a day 

  • Forklift operator is a plus. 

  • Warehouse or Manufacturing environment preferred. 

  • Food Production a plus! 

  • We will train you.
