Full Job Description 

We are currently hiring for an overnight manufacturing operator in Elgin, TX! 

Job Description: 

Your role as the night shift operator will be to oversee and perform basic mechanical repairs (training included) on manufacturing equipment. The role requires data entry, attention to detail, and a willingness and ability to work on her own. 

Requirements: 

-Mechanical aptitude 

-Previous use of some hand and power tools 

-Ability to work on your own, unsupervised 

-Must be willing to work overnight! 

-Must be comfortable submitting to a drug test (no background check is required) 

Shift: 

Shift is a compressed schedule, 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off. Shift will consist of 3 full shifts, 7PM - 7AM and 1 half shift, 1AM - 7AM, for a total of 42 hours per week. This schedule is very consistent, you will have 42 hours every single week.
