Job Description:
Join a team of professional Contact Center agents providing outbound payment and customer service support to the nation’s leading cable providers. Maintain outbound contact with cable subscribers who have overdue payments in various stages of delinquency. Negotiate with the subscriber collecting the outstanding payments. This is a high performance, fast paced, collections based negotiation process.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to assist customers with payments and service restoral
  • Resolve customer problems and escalating issues when necessary
  • Work as part of a team
  • Utilize “top down” negotiation techniques to secure payments on delinquent accounts
  • Exercise good judgement, in accordance to company and client policy and procedures
  • Set payment arrangements in accordance to client policy
  • Accurately update and document customer accounts
  • Multi-task while maintaining integrity and quality of service
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction to both internal and external
  • Continuously improve service delivery

Agent Skill/Requirements

  • Collections– at least 2 years of verifiable collections experience REQUIRED
  • Call Center – at least 2 years verifiable inbound or outbound call center experience REQUIRED
  • Combined Experience – at least 4 years Computer literate- work with multiple systems simultaneously
  • Pre-employment typing test is REQUIRED
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screens

Background Requirements: No felonies or Misdemeanors in the last 7 years (1 DUI is accepted)
Compensation: Compensation- $11-$15 based on verifiable job history and meet all job requirements Monthly Bonus Compensation – earn bonus based on individual performance
