Full Job Description 

Eden Prairie, MN 
 
Currently looking for Machine Operators to fill temp-to-hire openings with a manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. Interested candidates should have 2+ years of Machine Operating experience. 
 
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator 
 
 

  • Effectively setup, troubleshoot and operate a variety of machines 

  • Perform quality checks on finished products and remove defects 

  • Maintain minimal scrap levels 

  • Package finished product for shipment and review work orders for accuracy 

  • Support packers and material handlers as needed 

  • Work closely with department supervisors on department goals 

Requirements of the Machine Operator 
 
 

  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 6 months machine operating/manufacturing experience 

  • Ability to read and understand written work instructions 

  • Basic math and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and tilt up to 200 pounds 

The starting salary for the Machine Operator position is $22.00 per hour. 
 
2nd shift (6pm-6am rotating schedule)
