Electronic Assembly, Soldering, J-STD-001 and certification to IPC-A-620, point to point wiring schematics
· Assemble and wire, using schematics and/or wire lists, complete electro-mechanical assemblies forming all necessary cabling, wire, and routing per drawing.
· Perform final cleanup and pre-Quality inspections of Chassis type Electro mechanical assemblies. Inspect to IPC-A-620, FOD, and ESD procedures and requirements
· Perform final assembly on electro-mechanical chassis type assemblies. Perform necessary fitting and aligning of all mechanical and electrical components
· Build cable assemblies, cut wire to length, terminate crimp or solder circular or D-series connectors, run and terminate braid and final heat shrink.
· Perform circuit check on completed assemblies.
