Hiring 20-30 people by Fall 2021 at our Nampa and Caldwell locations

Day Shift $12.50-15/hr. (depending on experience) Day Shift is approximately 6AM-2PM. 

$500 SIGN ON BONUS: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days 

Swing Shift $12.50-15/hr. (depending on experience) Swing Shift is approximately 2:00PM-12:00AM. 

$500 SIGN ON B ONUS: $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days 

Weekly Bonus: up to $50/week(net)! 

Overtime Available: yes 

Duties & Responsibilities for Production Associate: 

  • Examines product and packaging for any defects 

  • Examines packaging for proper labeling. 

  • Places packaged product into trays and into cardboard boxes. 

  • Places cardboard boxes onto pallets 

  • Follows company procedures and policies 

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Math and communication skills. 

  • Properly follow written and verbal instructions. 

  • Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management 

  • The ability to multitask 

  • Maintain good attendance habits missing minimal work 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Must be 18 years of age. 

  • Able to stand for 7 hours of the shift. 

  • Able to work at a fast pace. 

  • Lift up to 40 lbs. on a consistent basis 

  • Must wear hair nets (beard nets if appropriate), food grade gloves, and protective smocks.
