Job description:

Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customer in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Resolve customer's service or billing complaints; check to ensure that appropriate changes were madeto resolve customers problems.
Experience required
call center or customer service environment. Experience in food service distribution desirable. Warehouse experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution ability required. Should be familiar with Microsoft office products

Must be 18yrs old or older

Clean Criminal Background - No Felonies in last 7 years or Misdemeanor in last 3 years
Must pass a drug test
