Roles and Responsibilities 

Crew Members will be expected to perform the following primary roles and responsibilities: 

-Upkeep, accountability, and maintenance of equipment and materials 

-Loading and Unloading equipment and materials on to/from trucks 

-Cleanliness of compound, trucks, and job sites 

-Manual labor to include removing unwanted items, junk, waste, debris, and any trash from job site. 

-Consolidate waste, trash, junk, a debris into dumpster containers. 

-Assisting driver with navigation and ground guiding when necessary. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

-High school diploma or equivalent 

Below preferred skills will determine employment and rate of pay based on company needs 

Preferred Skills: 

-At least 1-2 years of manual outdoor labor. 

-Experience operating hydraulic systems, dump body trailers and chassis, and skidsteers. 

-HAZMAT certification

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
