Robinson Innovations is hiring for multiple General Production Labor positions throughout the major manufacturing tire plant. We are looking for amazing and motivated employees to join our team! We offer weekly pay, certification/ performance pay rate increases, Health Insurance and guaranteed FULL-TIME pay working only 14 days per month.

Requirements: 

  • Must submit to and pass a Federal Background Check. (No Felonies for 7- 10 years or No Violent Misdemeanors.) 

  • Must submit to and pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test. (Goes back as far as 6 months. If you can't pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen please don't apply until you can.) 

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts(days and nights).7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Including some weekends. 

  • Must have reliable daily transportation to the Plant in Lawton OK. (NO tolerance for transportation excuses.) 

  • Candidate must be able to stand/walk 90% of the workday. Walking/standing on concrete throughout 12 hr. shift. 

  • Set high goals and accept responsibility. 

  • Reliable, respectful, and able to deliver results and meet production demands. 

  • Able to perform physical work in a plant environment (not climate controlled). All positions require constant standing, walking, bending, twisting and reaching. 

  • Read and understand English. 

  • Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded and attention to detail. 

  • Abide by and follow all OSHA rules and regulations. 

  • Ability to perform repetitive work and work in a FAST paced environment. 

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. frequently! 

  • GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST in order to meet production needs. 

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. (Must have Steel Toe shoes by the first day.)
